What we collect
When you send a request through our website, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the service you need, your city and your message. When you call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your number and what you send.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your request, quote and schedule work, provide the service, and keep records of work done on your fire protection systems. We don't sell your information.
SMS terms
If you tick the text message box on our form, you agree that Great Falls Fire Sprinklers may send text messages to your wireless number about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We share information only when needed to do the work you asked for, such as with our partner Alert Services Inc. on jobs that include fire alarm work, with the service that delivers our website form, or when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't use advertising cookies. It stores one small setting in your browser to remember when you closed the welcome message. The map on our pages loads from Google, which has its own privacy policy.
