When something goes wrong, you get a person, not a voicemail.
Sprinkler problems rarely happen during business hours. A head gets knocked by a forklift, a dry pipe system freezes during a cold snap, a fitting lets go overnight. Our dedicated team provides 24/7 emergency service in case something goes wrong, and our emergency line is answered around the clock.
What to do right now
If there is any sign of fire, call 911 and get everyone out. Never shut off a sprinkler system while there's a fire. If water is flowing and there is clearly no fire, call us on 406-315-7666. We'll talk you through what's safe to do while a technician is on the way, and the fire department can also help shut a system down.
Common emergencies we handle
Damaged or leaking sprinkler heads. Broken or frozen pipe and fittings, especially in Montana winters. Dry pipe valves that have tripped. Alarm valves and flow switches stuck in alarm. Systems shut down for an emergency that need to be restored and put back in service quickly.
Getting you back in service
A building with its sprinklers out of service is unprotected, and your insurer and the fire marshal may require a fire watch until it's restored. Our priority is to stop the damage, make the repair and put the system back in service as fast as safely possible, then document what happened.
Preventing the next one
Many emergencies, frozen pipe above all, are preventable. After the repair we'll tell you what caused it and what would stop it happening again, whether that's heat, insulation, a dry pipe conversion or a maintenance fix.
