Solve it on screen, not in the ceiling.
The expensive problems on a sprinkler job show up when pipe meets a beam, a duct or another trade's work. We tailor each design to the space, layout and requirements of the property, and model it before anything is ordered.
Three ways to work with us
Design. We produce the sprinkler layout for your project, ready for review. Design-build. We take the system from concept through design, installation and testing as a single point of responsibility. Equipment and install only. You bring engineered drawings, and we supply the equipment and install to them.
The tools
Our team uses 3D design, REVIT and BIM to coordinate sprinkler piping with the structure and other building systems, and GPS 2D and 3D machine control on site. On projects running in BIM, our model fits into the shared coordination model so clashes get resolved in the office instead of on the lift.
Designed for Montana buildings
Design decisions here are shaped by cold. Unheated spaces need dry pipe or pre-action protection, water supplies vary widely between city mains and rural sites, and older downtown buildings often need careful retrofits. We plan for all of it from the first layout.
From the founders
Founder Tony LaMere works plans, scheduling, data tracking and design input himself, then still gets into the field. Co-founder Craig Rogers brings the plans and designs to life on site.
What's included
- Review of drawings, occupancy and hazard classification
- Sprinkler layout tailored to the space
- 3D, REVIT and BIM coordination with other trades
- Equipment supply
- Installation, testing and final inspection on design-build jobs
- Install-only to your engineered drawings
What it costs
Design fees depend on the building size and complexity, and on whether we also install. Design-build usually costs less overall than splitting design and install, because one team owns the result. Ask us to compare both options for your project.
